Recollection: Lady of Lourdes Parish

Last Wednesday, March 25, 2026, the Holy Trinity Divine Healing Ministry successfully held a Lenten Recollection for the Grade 10 and Grade 12 students of Leodegario D. Deocampo Sr. National High School at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Capagao, Panitan, Capiz.

It was truly a meaningful and spirit-filled gathering where the presence of God was deeply felt. Through the inspiring and heartfelt talk of Rev. Fr. Jyryl Esquerra, many students were touched as he reminded them of God’s love, mercy, and forgiveness. The recollection became a moment of reflection and renewal for the students as they listened attentively and opened their hearts to the Lord. Many were moved emotionally, some even brought to tears as they experienced a deeper encounter with God.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Rev. Fr. Thomas Buensalido, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, for generously giving his time to hear the confessions of the students and for allowing them to experience God’s mercy through the Sacrament of Reconciliation during this Lenten season.

Our sincere thanks as well to the dedicated prayer healers who came and served wholeheartedly, offering prayers and spiritual support to the students during the recollection.

To the teachers, and students of Leodegario D. Deocampo Sr. National High School, thank you for the warm welcome and for allowing this meaningful Lenten encounter to happen.

Indeed, it was a successful and grace-filled recollection where many hearts were touched, faith was strengthened, and lives were renewed.
